After earning her degree in Interior Design from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Dawn moved to Dallas, where she designed numerous homes and led a wide range of projects—including the home featured on The Benefactor show in 2004. With years of experience and a versatile eye for detail, she takes pride in creating designs that reflect each client’s unique style and needs, always finding thoughtful solutions that work beautifully within any budget.

With over 30 years in the construction industry, Victor has worked his way up from concrete laborer to foreman and now to general contractor, giving him a unique perspective from every angle of the building process. Known for his stubborn commitment to quality and relentless drive to get things done, he turns challenges into solutions and ensures projects move forward smoothly—even when others fall short.

Joining his parents in 2019, Preston began by hanging drywall and perfecting details like caulking, gaining firsthand experience of the demands and conditions of a jobsite. Known as a true workhorse with a perfectionist’s eye, he quickly took on responsibility for overseeing quality and ensuring every detail met the highest standard. Today, as Director of Operations and Administration at The Swidel Group, he remains the touchpoint for quality control, combining relentless effort with strong leadership to keep every project on track and built to last.
